Run run as fast as you can?

Google started putting AI summaries at the top of each search result.

Because that's what we want, right? The correct answer, at our fingertips, laid out in neatly written paragraph. So much simpler than scrolling through a few sites to find the answer.

We think that's what we want. We think it's what our customers want.

But maybe - that's not always true?

The classic advice is don't waste people's time. AKA, be super focused. Give them what they want as fast as possible. Don't meander off track because they'll lose interest.
