The fastest, cheapest way to validate an offer

I just did my first ever "launch" of sorts...

Here's the timeline:

Jan 28 - outlined the basic concept with my coach, John Bejakovic

Yup. I only conceived this concept two weeks ago.

Jan 29 - initial tease to my list and LinkedIn to gauge interest

Feb 4 - official "launch" with an email describing the live cohort

Feb 13 - registration closed

Total marketing: 12 emails to my small list & 10 LinkedIn posts

Zero ad spend.

15 days from concept to launch closing.

The cohort might be small by most standards. But I call this a huge success.

One of the things I'm learning is that it's better to take more action and spend less time on perfecting things. Putting things out there, seeing how they land, and taking your next action based on the reactions you get.

And that's what makes email marketing so powerful.

It lets you accurately gauge where your audience is at, in real time, with zero ad spend. What are they interested in? Which product should you restock and which should you drop? Are there any problems in the funnel?

For example, if lots of people who clicked through the email lose interest on the page - that means there's a product page problem, and you can fix it before running paid ads to a faulty page.

Live research of the best kind.

Low risk, high return.

And if you send text based emails that don't require design time? You can move even faster.

If you want to test quickly, validate your offers and sell more without increasing your ad spend, hit reply.

Let's move fast and sell faster,

Chavy
