HOW I DID IT
After interviewing the owners and their best customers, I isolated what made them unique - mom-and-pop level devoted customer service with high-level design and installation work. I created a voice and messaging guide to direct the visual branding and all future marketing efforts: in summary, bold, confident and approachable. I then wrote the copy for their complex website which had to address people in very different markets, from hospitality to healthcare.
